Organizational structure


Organizational structure of ZAO “Geningconsult” is based on innovative scientific achievements and experience in organizing activities in compliance with the up-to-date requirements of the technical progress and corporate culture, which are integrally incorporated into a complex of interrelated processes united into the Quality and Management System of the Company operating in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 International Standard.

Organizational structure of the Company allows meeting requirements of the Clients in the best way, mobilizing team of specialists within the shortest period of time to solve tasks of the concrete project including five main departments:

- Department of Infrastructure and Transport;
- Department of Industrial and Civil Construction;
- Department of Energy;
- Department of Housing-Communal Service and Social Development;
- Finance Department.
 
Subject to requirements of specific project specialists from the different departments form project teams under the supervision of the Project Managers. Besides key specialists these teams also include experts being the staff members of the Company, specialized in the fields under the project terms of references.  

To solve highly specialized issues under the projects the Company attracts specialists from other companies using its own database of professional consultants specially created for these purposes which at present contains more than 150 specialists of different branches. It allows the Company to form project team groups to solve practically all assignments of the Client.

Under the existing organizational structure the Quality Service was created carrying out functions on development, implementation and effective operation of the Management Quality System of the Company in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2008 Standard.
