Key specialists of the Company had special training and are certified specialists in the field of project management, procurement, preparation of contract documentation, load proceeds disbursement in accordance with the MFI rules and procedures as well as in the field of state procurement management.

Key personnel of the Company have one or two higher educations, certificates and diplomas on professional retraining in accordance with the fields of activities of the Company.

Staff of the Company includes highly-qualified specialists on project management, procurement, training, ecology and workers’ health, civil and industrial construction, transportation systems, energy. Technical supervision, planning and monitoring, information technologies, finance and legal aspects of project implementation.

Personnel of the Company includes quality management system specialists qualified for this work by the OAO “VNIIS” training center with issuing state certificate for carrying out activities in the management quality in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 Standard.
