Our History

ZAO Geningconsult was set up as a separate corporate entity in 1990, the staff of which enlisted the young specialists of promise previously employed by the RF Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.

ZAO Geningconsult start-up activities have comprised the consultancy service package provided to the Russian oil and gas production companies which received loans from the International Fanincial Institutions (IFI), mainly from the International and European Reconstruction Development Banks (IBRD and EBRD). Within the process of establishment, the Company has specialized in providing procurement consultancy services, technical support and personnel training to their Clients.

Further on, the Company has continualy extended their services for other RF sectors and economy branches and become the leader of the Russian consultancy services market in preparation, management and implementation of the integrated investment projects funded by the IBRD, EBRD and other IFIs.

Throughout 20 years, ZAO Geningconsult has successfully and efficiently operated in the domestic and international markets of consultancy services in the sphere of management, preparation, arrangement and full-scale implementation of projects, the Clients' personnel selection and training, performance evaluation of the integrated investment projects realized under the government contracts and the contracts made with the RF private sector and the foreign countries.

In 2003, the Quality Management System actively operating in ZAO Geningconsult war certified by the Russian Quality Systems Certification Body (JSC VNIIS) and the International Quality Systems Certification Body (SGS) for compliance with the requirements of ISO 9000 international standards. The availble Certificates of Conformity assure ZAO Geningconsult sustainable positioning at the Russian and international markets as a company of the international level pursuant to the provided services range and quality.

ZAO Geningconsult was created to provide consultancy services and engineering, financial, commercial and legal support to assure the Russian enterprises', companies' and entities' foreign trade activities.
