Traveler's Palace restoration project.

On 24 July 2012 Saint-Petersburg Foundation for Investment Projects and ZAO "Geningconsult" signed the Contract for Engineering Consultancy Services in the Traveler's Palace - Main Building restoration project.

Dam protects St. Petersburg against floods

The complex of dam structures, which was built around St. Petersburg with the participation of ZAO "Geningconsult", prevented damage to St. Petersburg from possible flooding on November 28, 2011 amounting to USD 42 mln.

on-going inspection of quality of the Contractor completed works, monitoring the actual performed works quantities and costs allows to make the best use of the Project finances in the money-saving manner;
the Project financial monitoring assures the Project funds proper use by exception of unreasonable disbursements;
providing legal support to the Client for protecting the Client’s interests in conflict situations that could occur under the Contracts signed for the Project implementation allows to save means due to payment for the works in case of the works execution with default of the Contract terms and conditions.
