Procurement

ZAO “Geningconsult” carries out procurement of goods, works and services:

·        International Finance Institutions (EBRD and IBRD);

·        Russian practice of procurement regarding:

-         State procurement in accordance with the requirements of the current Russian legislation on procurement of products for state requirements;

-         Departmental procurement in compliance with the normative documents on tender procedures and holding, placement of the orders in the sate system of Federal  bodies;

Private companies financing carrying out procurement of goods procurement from their own funds and private funds.

Package of services provided by ZAO “Geningconsult” on organization and carrying out procurement includes but is not limited by, the following:

·        Selection of a strategy and planning of procurement;

·        Preparation and publication of procurement notice;

·        Preparation documents for prequalification (if required);

·        Organization and holding prequalification procedures;

·        Preparation of prequalification evaluation report;

·        Preparation of bidding documents on the basis of requirements of the Russian legislation, standard bidding documents of IFI (IBRD, EBRD), FIDIC contracts conditions and private investors requirements;

·        Organization and holding of prebidding meetings, conferences and construction sites visits (if required);

·        Organization and carrying out bidding procedures;

·        Preparation of evaluation report on bidding results;

·        Precontract negotiations and finalizing terms and conditions of the contract with the winner;
