Traveler's Palace restoration project.

On 24 July 2012 Saint-Petersburg Foundation for Investment Projects and ZAO "Geningconsult" signed the Contract for Engineering Consultancy Services in the Traveler's Palace - Main Building restoration project. 

Dam protects St. Petersburg against floods

The complex of dam structures, which was built around St. Petersburg with the participation of ZAO "Geningconsult", prevented damage to St. Petersburg from possible flooding on November 28, 2011 amounting to USD 42 mln.

Short description of project: 
Construction of steam and power generating unit PGU-410 with an electrical capacity of 410 MW and thermal capacity of 220 Gcal / hour of the Krasnodar thermal power station on "turn-key" basis.

Services: 
From April 2007 to April 2008 ZAO "Geningconsult" provided consulting services on competitive selection of EPC-contractor for construction of PGU-410.

The rendered services included:

- Collection and analysis of baseline information;
- Preparation of tender documentation for selection of EPC-contractor;
- Preparation of a draft contract for the FIDIC conditions of contract;
- Assistance in developing a method of evaluation of bids;
- Assistance in organizing and conducting the competition;
- Assist in evaluation of bids, preparation of evaluation report with recommendations for the award of the contract;
- Participation in organizing and conducting negotiations with the winner, coordination and preparation of the final contract agreement;
- Preparation of reports.

From June 2008 to May 2011 ZAO "Geningconsult" provided the service of the Technical agent to monitor implementation of the EPC-contract for the construction of PGU-410, which performs by the consortium led by "E4 Group".

The composition of services included:

- Monitoring of the Contractor schedules;
- Control the use of funds;
- Spot checks of executive and operational documentation;
-Control of start-up;
- Control to ensure timely funding of construction;
- Issuance of the Board of Directors explanations and conclusions in the course of the Project;
- Monitoring for changes in work performed;
- Work on the operational headquarters for the construction and commissions on acceptance of completed construction;
- Preparation of reports.
