Construction of central highway of Sochi “The alternate for Kurortny prospect”

On February 17, 2011, OOO “Smol-DorNII-Project” and ZAO “Geningconsult” signed a subcontractual agreement on construction supervision for the following project: “Construction of central highway of Sochi “The alternate for Kurortny prospect” from km 172 of the federal road M-27 Djugba – Sochi (r. Psakhe) to the beginning of Sochi bypass (r. Agura) with road reconstruction on the section from ul. Zemlyanichnaya to Kurortny prospect (2nd phase from ul. Zemplyanichnaya to r. Sochi), (3rd phase from r. Sochi to R. Psakhe)(Tunnels 5, 5a and 6, 6a)”.
Under this agreement ZAO “Geningconsult” shall carry out technical supervision during the Project construction, including issuance of instructions to the contractor on elimination of faults revealed during the work implementation, incoming control of working documents, their checking for compliance with the Design, inspector’s and surveyor’s and geodesic control, control of construction and assembling work scopes compliance with the scopes specified by working documents, supervision of the Contractors’ compliance with the approved Works implementation schedule, selection of samples and laboratory testing of construction materials to be used (crushed stone, sand, reinforcement, asphalt concrete mixture, bitumen etc.)
The total period of service rendering – from February 2011 to March 2013.
