Traveler's Palace restoration project.

On 24 July 2012 Saint-Petersburg Foundation for Investment Projects and ZAO "Geningconsult" signed the Contract for Engineering Consultancy Services in the Traveler's Palace - Main Building restoration project. 

Dam protects St. Petersburg against floods

The complex of dam structures, which was built around St. Petersburg with the participation of ZAO "Geningconsult", prevented damage to St. Petersburg from possible flooding on November 28, 2011 amounting to USD 42 mln.

Short description of project: 

Reconstruction of the Astrakhan GRES with the construction of PGU-110 "turn key" with a maximum electrical output (net) of at least 110 MW and a maximum thermal capacity of not less than 182 Gcal / hour.

Services: 

From July 2008 to April 2011 ZAO "Geningconsult" rendered services as the Technical Agent for the monitoring of the "turnkey" contract for construction of PGU-110 , implemented by ZAO "Energokaskad".

The composition of services included:

- Monitoring of the Contractor schedules;
- Control the use of funds;
- Spot checks of executive and operational documentation;
- Control of start-up;
- Control to ensure timely funding of construction;
- Issuance of the Board of Directors explanations and conclusions in the course of the Project;
- Monitoring for changes in work performed;
- Work on the operational headquarters for the construction and commissions on acceptance of completed construction;
- Preparation of reports.
