Traveler's Palace restoration project.

On 24 July 2012 Saint-Petersburg Foundation for Investment Projects and ZAO "Geningconsult" signed the Contract for Engineering Consultancy Services in the Traveler's Palace - Main Building restoration project. 

Dam protects St. Petersburg against floods

The complex of dam structures, which was built around St. Petersburg with the participation of ZAO "Geningconsult", prevented damage to St. Petersburg from possible flooding on November 28, 2011 amounting to USD 42 mln.

Project name and location: “Construction of central highway of Sochi “The alternate for Kurortny prospect” from km 172 of the federal road M-27 Djugba – Sochi (r. Psakhe) to the beginning of Sochi bypass PK0 (r. Agura) with road reconstruction on the section from ul. Zemlyanichnaya to Kurortny prospect (1st phase from r. Agura to ul. Zemplyanichnaya)(Tunnels 5, 5a and 6, 6a)”

Services: 
  • Technical supervision of construction;
  • Monthly reports on the supervision progress;
  • Issuance of instructions to the contractor for correction of faults revealed during the works implementation;
  •  Incoming control of working documents, checking of their compliance with the Project;
  •  Inspection and geodesic surveyor’s control;
  • Control of construction and assembling scopes compliance with scopes set up in the working documents;
  • Control of the contractors’ fulfillment of the approved Work implementation schedule;
  • Works acceptance control, signing of important structure examination acts and hidden work examination acts;
  • Sampling and laboratory testing of construction materials used (crushed stone, sand, reinforcements, asphalt concrete mixture, bitumen etc.);
  • Control of the contractors’ observation of stocking and storage regulations for the materials, structures, articles and equipment used;Control of availability and correct keeping of as-built production and technical documents by the Contractors, including checking for trustworthiness of as-built geodesic schemes and drawings of completed structures;
  • Control of works implementation on assembling and adjustment of power supply networks, electric, gas and power equipment, APCS programs, start-up and adjustment works;
  • Control of the contractors’ compliance with regulations and standards of environmental safety and labor protection;
  • Participation in all technical and organizational meetings and work of acceptance commissions.
